★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クロスバイク初心者でちょっとの知識しかないが、ネット等では得られない情報を丁寧に教えてくれたり、接客対応もしっかりしていた。
自転車の整備費も近所にある小さな自転車屋よりも安いのも良い。
作業時間は先客が居るか居ないかで左右されるが早い方だと思う。
店舗で取り扱いがないパーツや自転車等も取り寄せてくれる

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後輪のタイヤとチューブのセット交換をしてもらいました。予約無しでしたが、直ぐに対応していただきました。仕事も早く親切です。一般的サイクリング車ですが、5100円プラス消費税、何でもいいって顔をして頼みましたので部品は普及品ですがリーズナブルだと思いました。自転車の在庫も豊富なようです。

It's a general cycling car, but I asked for it with a face of 5100 yen plus consumption tax, so I thought that the parts were popular but reasonable. It seems that the stock of bicycles is also abundant.

半年置きに2～3名のスタッフが全員入れ替わっているように感じます。
1,2回目の人は親切でした。今はいません。
3回目の時はシフトレバーが不調だったので行きました。
非常に態度が悪い定員でしたが、お願いしました。
調整が終わり帰り道、ブレーキが効きません。
シフトレバー修正時にブレーキまわりを広げたのを直していなかったのです。幸い前輪のブレーキはシフトレバーと関係ないので効きましたが
危うく事故を起こす所でした。
今回時間がなかったのでお店にお願いしましたが、普段は9割自分で
メンテナンスしている身としては、自分のならともなく人の自転車でお金を取ってやるレベルではないと感じました。
※ブレーキは自分で直しました。
他の大衆店としてはサイクルベースあさひの方が料金も安くクオリティも高いのでそちらをおすすめします。

As for other popular stores, Cycle Base Asahi is cheaper and has higher quality, so we recommend it.

近隣のお店数軒に電話しても在庫なく諦めかけたその時、ダメ元で電話したこちらに在庫がありました。
店員さんも丁寧で部品も直ぐ手に入り、自転車を復活させることができました。
