N	NAO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阪急三番街の食堂街にある「ムシベジプラス」。大阪を中心に展開している定食屋「膳や」の健康志向ブランドで、すべての定食に「季節の野菜せいろ」と「豆乳スープ」がセットになっています。「膳や」は気軽に利用できるサラリーマン御用達の定食屋といったイメージですが、こちらのお店は店内のお客さんも外に並んでいる人も殆どが女性でした。「海老マヨチリと鶏黒酢あんかけ」(税込1180円）を注文し、相方は「《旅するvageプレート》おろし竜田」(税込1100円)を注文しました。《旅するvageプレート》は世界各国の料理(全8種)と副菜3種がセットになったプレートで、なかなか見映えも良いですね。蒸し野菜の種類が豊富で、10種類くらい入っていたような。これといった特徴はありませんが、シンプルな分、素材の味がよく感じられます。他の料理に関しては通常の「膳や」とあまり変わりませんが、普通に美味しかったです。充実したセット内容で栄養のバランスも良く、特にこのフロアの飲食店の中ではコスパが高いお店だと思います。 "Mushibeji Plus" in the cafeteria of Hankyu Sanbangai. It is a health-oriented brand of the set meal restaurant "Zenya" that operates mainly in Osaka, and all set meals include "seasonal vegetable steamer" and "soy milk soup". "Zenya" has the image of a set meal shop for salaried workers that can be used casually, but most of the customers in this shop and the people lined up outside were women. I ordered "Ebi Mayo Chili and Chicken Black Vinegar Ankake" (1180 yen including tax), and my partner ordered "" Traveling vage plate "Grated Tatsutaage" (1100 yen including tax). "Travel vage plate" is a set of dishes from all over the world (8 kinds in total) and 3 kinds of side dishes, and it looks pretty good. There are many kinds of steamed vegetables, and it seems that there were about 10 kinds. There is no such feature, but the taste of the ingredients can be felt well because it is simple. As for other dishes, it was not much different from the usual "zenya", but it was usually delicious. The rich set contents have a good nutritional balance, and I think that the restaurant on this floor has a high cost performance.

Turnaround for the crowd was fast but its a cosy comfortable environment, doesnt make you feel like you have to eat fast and leave. Food is great, healthy with a mix of fried dishes too if you would like to those sets. A variety and a delight. Service was great and they've got an english menu too. Just scribble your name at the entrance and wait for a seat, shouldnt take long.
