ドレッシングは手作り？の酸味の効いたもの。
ハンバーグはかたくて脂が多い。
ソースはステーキ宮のように酸味の強いもの。
ライスは200円くらいするが量がかなり少ない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自家製のローストビーフが美味しい。サーロインステーキも柔らかくて美味しかったが、脂が多くつらかった。コロナによる時短営業のため、19時15分ラストオーダーになっていた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回初訪問で、普通のサーロイン(上や特上でない)を頼みました。とても柔らかく、用意されているステーキソースをかけて食べると本当においしかったです。
お肉自体にはあまり塩や香辛料の味をつけず、肉本来の味とソースで勝負するタイプのお店みたいです。
写真のお肉の面積はそれほどでもないですが、提供された時点のお肉の厚みは２.5センチくらいで、見た目にも迫力がありました。
小山駅前のバーで聞いたところによると、接待専用店みたいなところと並んで、小山のステーキがおいしい4店のうちのひとつだそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文する前にサラダがドンっ！と置かれた。
ソースも座る前からテーブルの上に置いてあった。
ハンバーグとステーキとピラフと海老グラタンを注文しましたが、ハンバーグより先にパンが届いて、パンが食べ終わってからハンバーグが届きました。
ステーキはライスを忘れていたのか、なかなか持ってきてもらえず、、、。
ライスも冷めていた。
ソースは塩っぱ目でした。
料理が全部揃って、食べ終わったのから順にすぐに食器を下げられてしまうので、ゆっくり食べれなくて、感じ悪かったです。
ピラフは焼き飯って感じでした。
海老グラタンは美味しかったです！
近くにたまに行くのですが、2回目は無いですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで来ました。ハンバーグにすれば良かったです。タレが濃い！ん？宮のタレかこれは？それっぽいのかければなんでも美味しくなりますやん…と思いました。賑わってましたよ。人気なんでしょうね。

創業43年の老舗ステーキハウス武蔵野さん。
レトロな店内ではありますが、雰囲気は良いお店です。
老舗〓値段も高いかな？と思いましたがリーズナブルでした。ランチなら3000円しないで150gのサーロインステーキのセットが食べられるようです。
今回はサーロインステーキ200gと海老ソテー、ローストビーフを注文。
まずはサラダとスープが直ぐに出てきました。
サラダは美味しかったですが、スープは好みではありませんでした。味がうす〜〜〜いスープという感じです。
食べ終わるか終わらないかのタイミングで鉄板で海老ソテーが届きました。見ただけでも美味しそう… 食べてみると海老がぷりっぷりで弾力もあり、めちゃめちゃ美味しい海老でした。ただ素材の味を活かす為か味付けが こちらも薄かったです。塩を少しふってくれれば最高だったのですが………
ステーキは さすが！！ めちゃくちゃ柔らかく筋も無かったです。脂身が得意でない私でも美味しく頂けました。
出てくるタイミングも全て良く、待たずに良いタイミングで次から次と出てくるので本当に良かったです。
また伺いたいと思いました。

Steak is truly! !! It was insanely soft and had no streaks. Even I, who is not good at fat, enjoyed it.
The timing of coming out was all good, and it was really good because it came out one after another at a good timing without waiting.
I wanted to visit again.
