★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これ以上良くはならないという主旨の事を言われた際に「こういった病の方は皆さんそれなりに対応してらっしゃいますよ」と面倒そうに言われました。治らないのは仕方ないですが他に言い方はなかったでしょうか。このコメントも気が引けましたが設備等は素晴らしいので残念です。
When I was told that it wouldn't get any better, I was told that "there are all people who deal with these diseases as they are." It can't be helped that it doesn't heal, but I wonder if there was no other way to say it. I was disappointed with this comment, but I am sorry that the facilities are wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診の予約で電話したら、2分以上も保留で待たされた。予約取るのにどうして待たされるのか意味がわからない。折り返しかけるなど対応したらどうなのか。
When I called for the appointment for the first visit, I was put on hold for more than 2 minutes. I don't know why I'm waiting to make a reservation. What about if you wrap it around?
