★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豊平どんぐり村にある‥広島名物の‥おむすび屋むさし。駐車場完備。店内は囲炉裏型テーブル席他‥多人数長テーブル席など。料理は‥うどん・蕎麦と、おにぎりのセット物。他にドリンク。車椅子はスロープが一応あるが‥入口段上は通路が狭い。母が注文した料理が食べきれなくて残ったので持ち帰り用のパックをお願いしたら‥店員に保健所の指導で店内飲食物は持ち帰り出来ないと断られた。持ち帰り用の弁当と店内で提供する食事に違いが有るのかと疑う。
土日は14時頃には売り切れますので
早めにどうぞ。
市内で食べた方が良いですよ。

The inside of the store is a hearth back type table seat etc .. etc. The dishes are .. udon, soba noodles and rice balls. Drink to others. Wheelchairs have slopes, but there is a narrow passage above the entrance stage. As the food ordered by my mother could not be eaten and left, I asked for a pack for take-back.. I doubt that there is a difference between the take-out lunch box and the food provided in the store.
Because it is sold out around 14 o'clock on Saturdays and Sundays
Please come early.
You should eat in the city.

そばは柔らかい麺です。
ほうれん草も柔らかくて、ほうれん草の味がしっかりとしてました。新鮮なのでしょう。
お出汁も柔らか風味でした。大根がすり降ろされていますので、トロっとした食感となり、辛味付けのアクセントにもなり、あきが来ません。
全体的に優しい味付けですね。

お店に着くと『本日は店内飲食できません。』の貼り紙と弁当販売の告知が。
店内飲食ができるから、車で1時間以上かけて行ったのに…
ホームページでもきちんと告知すべきだと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店のみ目指して山間部を車で1時間以上費やして伺った。
今迄もただでさえ15時迄の短い営業時間なのに、やっとの思いで店の前に着くと
かなり早い時間に店を閉じてあり、呆然と立ち尽くすことが、近いうちに数回続いている。
昨日も14時過ぎに伺うと、店先に「弁当のみ販売」の立て看板あり。
せめて弁当だけでも…と店入口迄歩くと、品切れで「13時に閉店」の貼紙があり、再び同じ目にあった。
弁当のみ販売なのに、少ない営業時間で2時間も早く閉店しており、驚きと呆れと憤りの思いで一杯になった。
13時に閉店したはずなのに
閉店から1時間以上経った、14時過ぎの時間になっているにも関わらず、店先の窓を若い女性店員が惰性のようにゆっくりと拭いている姿も見られた。
毎日のことだから、15時迄営業の場合の仕入れ量等が、どれ位必要なのは大体予測ついているはず。
殿様商売をして、多くのお客さんのガソリン代や時間や労力を無駄に使わせ、振り回し悲しまさせることは即刻やめて欲しい。
いつも早く閉めるのなら
営業時間を最初から【12時とか13時迄の営業】にすればいいと思う。
人件費だけ無駄に使い、楽に働くことを重ねていたら、一生懸命に働いている他のむさしの方にも失礼だと思う。
こちらはむすびが美味い店舗のため、遠くから伺っている。是非頑張って欲しい所である。

If you always close early
I think the business hours should be set to [Open until 12:00 or 13:00] from the beginning.
I think it would be rude to other Musashino people who are working hard if they waste their labor costs and work comfortably.
This is a restaurant with delicious conclusions, so I'm visiting from afar. I want you to do your best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先に食券を買ってから他のお客さんと距離をとれる席に案内して頂けます。肉うどんと山賊むすびを頂きました。うどんの麺はツルツルしていて肉汁とお出汁と相まって美味しいです。山賊むすびも握り具合が良く、昆布などの具材と口の中でご飯がほぐれて美味しいです。

Udon noodles are smooth and delicious with gravy and soup stock. The bandits are also well-grip, and the ingredients such as kelp and the rice in the mouth are loosened and delicious.

BGMで童謡が流れていて雰囲気満点です。
久しぶりにむさしの俵むすびを頂きましたが、やっぱりおいしい！
うどんばかりで地海老天そばはで食べたこと無かったので、注文。
麺は細めでスルスルと食べやすいです。
ちょうど寒い日だったので、身体が温まりました！
いろりのカウンターは趣きはありますが、テーブルが低いので若干食べにくいですが、それもまた良し。
店員さんたちも明るく感染対策もばっちりされていて活気の良いむさしです。
