★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島市内で購入したプレーンのシフォンケーキをいただきました。今までのシフォンケーキの概念を覆すほどの美味しさです。シフォンケーキ特有のふわふわ感を維持しつつバウムクーヘンのようなしっとり感、加えてプリンのような卵の美味しさも感じられました。今度は是非Cafe house にて食したいです。
I received the plain chiffon cake I bought in Hiroshima city. It's delicious enough to overturn the conventional concept of chiffon cake. While maintaining the fluffy texture peculiar to the chiffon cake, I felt the moist feeling like Baumkuchen and the delicious taste of eggs like pudding. Next time I want to eat at Cafe house.
