★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに来るのは自身や家族が死の危険にさらされている人が多いので、かなりナーバスな状態です。
窓口側の間違いにもかかわらず、「面倒な人が来た」的に笑われるなどすると本当にしんどい思いをします。全部丸見えなんですよね。
お忙しいとは思いますが、経験の少ない担当者であれば上司が付いて対応するなど、していただけますでしょうか。
Many people come here at risk of death, so it's pretty nervous.
