★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥肉の質が良く鮮度も抜群です。ガスコンロの強火で焼く「厚皮」と「ハツ」がお気に入りです。
つけダレの味噌味とラー油も美味しく、シメに頼んだ担々麺にラー油を入れてしまう程でした。
ラーメンも塩ラーメン、担々麺共にそれだけを狙って食べに来たくなる程のクオリティーです。
ただ、セセリの切り方が小さくて網の隙間から落ちてしまい勿体無かったので☆4にしました。
またお邪魔したいと思います。(^ ^)

お酒を飲まない安い客なのに、嫌な顔ひとつしないで、気のいい接客をして頂きました。

肉の切られ方が悪くて、紐のような肉片をそのまま出してきたりする。
(さらに、大きい肉片にくっついていたりして、そこだけ焦げる)
ラーメンがオススメのようだが、とにかくしょっぱい！具も少ないのに750円は高すぎる…
味噌タレも醤油タレも作りが甘いです。
ホルモンだけはコスパに見合ってるかな…それ以外は頼む価値がない。ラーメンおすすめしてる人はもっと別の店のラーメン食べた方がいい

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは元々鶏の刺身が食べられるお店でしたが、最近は保健所の指導が厳しく出せなくなったとのことでした。
SNSでの投稿が仇になっているようで、評判をチェックされたようです。
良かれと思ってやったことがそんな風になってしまうのは残念ですね。
とは言え、焼きも非常に美味しかったですよ。
あまり写真は取っていませんが、やはりタレ焼きが美味しいと思います。
あと、一品ではせせりポン酢がオススメです。
それとシメのラーメンはめちゃくちゃ美味しいですよ。
少し濃い目の味ですが、飲んだあとにはピッタリでした。
刺身が食べられないのは残念ですが、カンピロバクターは重篤な後遺症に繋がることも指摘されていますので仕方ないんでしょうね。
