叶	叶希（希叶） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪。評価1 にも値しない。他の人のレビューにもあるが、在宅してるのにまったく来ない。不在票だけ入れられて荷物がちっとも届かない。 2回時間指定して2回とも来なかった。担当ドライバーの携帯書いてあったから電話したけど、何度連絡しても出ない。カスタマーセンターに連絡しても、全然繋がらない。やっと繋がったと思ったら、こっちに言われてもだから担当ドライバーから明日連絡させる、と。謝罪はほぼなしで、｢さすがに対応悪いでしょ｣と苦言を伝えたが、担当ドライバーから連絡させるの一点張りで話にならない。あまりにも酷すぎて、Amazonにもクレームいれた(Amazonで購入したから) --------追記-------- どっかのブログにクチコミ悪評価してるのに対して、サービスの質求めるならprime会員になって金払えみたいなこと書いてありましたが、当方ずっとprime会員です。 prime会員でお金払ってるにも関わらずこのサービスではお話になりませんね。そういう意味では、ここだけでなくAmazonにも問題はありそうですね。 Worst worst.
