★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4月に入り、村松公園の桜が見頃の時期を迎えています。全国桜の名所100選に選定されており、公称 3000本の桜が競うように咲き誇ります。
4月3日〜4月18日まで桜まつりが開催され、夜間はライトアップもされます。
例年であれば、各種イベント等行われる予定ですが、コロナウイルス対策のため今年は全て中止となりました。
期間中の土日は大変な混雑となり、一部交通規制も敷かれますので、車を使う方は余裕を持って行動される事をお勧めします。
 In April, the cherry blossoms in Muramatsu Park are in full bloom. It has been selected as one of the 100 best cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan, and nominally 3000 cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
The Sakura Festival will be held from April 3rd to April 18th, and will be lit up at night.
Various events are scheduled to be held every year, but all of them have been canceled this year due to measures against coronavirus.
Saturdays and Sundays during the period will be very crowded and some traffic restrictions will be imposed, so it is recommended that those who use a car act with plenty of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五泉のサクラ名所といえば村松公園。公園全体がピンクがかって見えますが、開花はまだです。ただ、既に咲いている木も何本かあり、気温が高く推移すれば、今週末位にはかなり咲いてくれそうです。
Muramatsu Park is one of Gosen's famous cherry blossom spots. The entire park looks pinkish, but it hasn't bloomed yet. However, there are some trees that are already in bloom, and if the temperature stays high, it seems that they will bloom quite a bit this weekend.
