１ヶ月経っても返事が来ないのでこちらから問い合わせたら、「他に優先する仕事があったり、仕事も山積みで、忘れてました」とのことでした。
接客業で、お客さんを後回しにしてまで優先する仕事って何ですかね？
私は１ヶ月以上も故障した車を乗り続けることになり、ストレスも感じ苦痛でした。
せめてこれを読まれた方は、店舗選び等の参考にしていただきたいですし、同じような目にあって欲しくないです。
店舗の方は、この粗相という十字架を背負っていただき、今後の店舗運営やサービスの改善に精進してください！
少し前に店舗をリニューアルオープンしましたが、外観が良くなっても、中身が伴ってなければ意味ないと思いますよ。
