★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このコロナ禍で、発熱・感染症患者さんはオンライン診療で、一般診察の方はマスク着用必須で、事前に時間予約で診療されています。空気清浄機や消毒液、サーキュレターがあちこちに、窓開けもされていました。
内視鏡検査希望で初めて訪れたのですが、ここまで徹底してくれると安心して受診できます。内視鏡検査の楽さや説明、スタッフの対応も口コミ通り良かったので、受診して良かったなーと思いました。友人にも勧めたいと思います。

I visited for the first time with the hope of endoscopy, but if you do so thoroughly, you can have a medical examination with confidence. The fun and explanation of endoscopy and the staff's response were as good as the word of mouth, so I was glad I had a medical examination. I would like to recommend it to my friends.

まず、このコロナ禍で当たり前の様に感染対策は問題なく、マスク着用、空気清浄器、ソーシャルディスタンスはとても厳しく管理されております。
クリニックはとても綺麗で清潔感があり、オンライン診療も行っているとの事ですが、対面での受付スタッフの方や、看護師さんも親切に対応して頂けるので、若い方だけでなく年輩の方も通い安い万人受けのクリニックではないでしょうか。
私は内視鏡検査で伺いましたが、検査はビックリするくらい苦痛もなく、それよりも検査結果の説明がとても丁寧(検査時の写真を見ながら)で安心感をとても感じました。
他のクリニックや病院での検査を数度行いましたが、ここのクリニックは本当にお勧めできます。
検査をしていない方や、検査が怖い方は何かある前に一度伺って見ると良いのでは。
私も今後もお世話になるつもりですので、宜しくお願いします！

I've done several tests at other clinics and hospitals, but I really recommend this clinic.
If you haven't been inspected or are afraid of being inspected, it's a good idea to visit before there is anything.

廃院するそうです。
10年以上通っていて診察以外の所で不満は多々ありましたが大変お世話になりました。
でもお知らせもしないこの終わらせ方は最悪です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15年前高熱が続きレントゲンを撮って下さいとお願いするも、まつみ先生は絶対肺炎ではないと撮影拒否。それでも熱は下がらず、じゃレントゲン撮るかと言い出し、撮ったら状態が既に悪く、町医者の手に負えないから大きい病院いってと。無責任極まりない。紹介状持って、労災行くも、労災の先生には、まつみ医院なんて何の提携もないから、こんな紹介状持ってこられても困ると言われた。結局肺炎で2週間入院。

Even so, my fever did not go down, so I asked if I would take an X-ray, and when I took it, the condition was already bad and the town doctor couldn't handle it, so I said a big hospital. Extremely irresponsible. I went to work-related accidents with a letter of introduction, but the teacher of work-related accidents told me that I wouldn't be able to bring such a letter of introduction because there is no tie-up with Matsumi Clinic. After all, he was hospitalized for 2 weeks due to pneumonia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方の対応が胸糞悪いです。耳の遠いおじいさんやおばあさんに対して、毎回声を荒げており（2020年の年末より毎月通っててほぼ毎回です）、いつも不快な気持ちになります。会計や次回予約の案内も要領悪く待ち時間が長いです。また2022年1月13日から急に休診になり、1月20日予約を入れてましたが、事前になんの連絡もありませんでした。医師や看護師さんの対応が良いためもったいないですが、もう2度と行かないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今の場所に移転される前からお世話になっておりますが、他の方が書いていらっしゃるように、お年寄りへの説明や、看護師さん同士のやりとり、診察後の会計までの待ち時間などで不快な気持ちになることがありましたが、診察や検査で特に問題はなかったです。
久しぶりにお世話になろうとHPを確認したら、2022/1/13から臨時休診でした。
他の方の書き込みで廃院というキーワードを目にしたので、関東信越厚生局のHPで調べたところ、業務内容＞調査課の下の「保険医療機関・保険薬局の指定等一覧及び保険医・保険薬剤師の新規登録一覧」の「保険医療機関・保険薬局の新規指定・廃止・辞退・取消一覧」の令和4年2月処理分の「神奈川県」「廃止」の一覧の中に、まつみ医院様の名前があり、廃止年月日が1/12になっていました。
別の医院を開かれるのかどうかは上の一覧では分からなかったです。
特にこれといった連絡も来ないのかぁと思いつつ、これまでお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

I didn't know from the list above if I could open another clinic.
