昼過ぎに会津入りで1番手前にあった口コミ高評価『むらい』さんに13時初訪問。店内3客位、お好きな席へと着席。 ロースかつソースとヒレかつソース注文。 ロースかつの分厚さド迫力。食欲そそりまくり。ですが分厚い分、堅めが…残念。 ソースは野菜フルーツの甘味無い薄口ソース。名古屋や埼玉のソースの甘味が恋しくなりました。

ロースソースカツ丼とヒレのソースカツ丼を頂きました。 先ずは、ロース。肉厚最高!なのに脂身が適度にありジューシー!そこに特製ソースを多めにかけると完璧でした。 ヒレも柔らかく、ヒレ特有の旨味があって、これまた絶品でした! 最近建替えたらしく、店内も清潔、コロナ対策もOKAY! 何より各店員さんの接客対応も良かったです。バリアフリーで車いすでも行けました。 是非とも!

ロースのカツカレーを食べてみました。画像で見えるよりもはるかにボリュームがあります、カツもボリュームがあり、ホロホロとしたお肉も沢山入っていて、自分の感想としてはロースのソースより食べ応えありました。カツを立てて盛り付けをしていないのでボリューム感が有るように見えず、見た目のインパクトは全く無いですがカレールーの下はほぼロースカツです。ルーの味に関しては若干味の深みやコクという点では少し物足りないという感じがしました、カツ丼が星5つならカレーは星4つかな、勿論ルーは丁寧に作ってあるのは分かります、比較したのは群馬の鶴商文庫のカツカレーで味もボリュームも最高です。 埼玉から此処には十回ほど来ているけどいつも美味しいね。たまには別メニューにしようと思うんだけどどうしてもロースのソースになってしまいます。肉の厚みの半分程度まで切り込みが入っていてこれだけの厚みがあっても食べやすい。お店も綺麗で清潔感があってすごく良いお店だと思う、他に十文字屋とすみれ食堂にも行ったことがあるけど自分は会津若松ならもうここしか行かないと思う。村井と長野の伊那の志をじがソースカツ丼の双璧だと思う、志をじのソースの大は村井のロースよりお肉のボリュームあるよ。肉質やソースの味等は別物だけどどちらも好きです。それとどちらのお店もパン粉も細かく薄く尚且剥がれていないので揚げ方も上手だと思う、衣を食べに来ているわけではないので薄い衣が好ましいです。

It is easy to eat even if it has a notch to about half the thickness of the meat. I think the restaurant is beautiful and clean, and I think it's a very good restaurant. I've also been to Jumonjiya and Sumire Shokudo, but I think I'll only go here in Aizuwakamatsu. I think that Shiwoji of Murai and Ina of Nagano are the two best sauce cutlet bowls, and the size of Shiwoji's sauce is more meat than Murai's loin. The meat quality and the taste of the sauce are different, but I like both. Also, in both shops, the bread crumbs are fine and thin, and I think they are good at frying because they are not peeled off. I don't come to eat batter, so thin batter is preferable.

むらいのロースソースカツ丼(1650円)、美味しかったです。2015年(令和27年)に道路拡張に伴い1度閉店しましたが、娘さんがお店をリニューアルし、再度開店しました。お店の看板商品のロースソースカツ丼のカツは、厚さ約3cmの極厚で、カツだけでも500g~600gの驚きのボリュームです。カットされたカツがそびえ立ち、初めて注文した人は笑うしかありません。食べ方はカツを数枚、取り皿に避難させ、ご飯が見えたところでガッツリと食べ始めます。カツの避難用に何も乗っていない皿がついてきます。カツは厚いですが、食べやすいように肉に切れ込み(隠し包丁)が入っており、意外と楽に食べることができます。ソースはやや粘性のある甘目のソースで、足りない場合は備え付けの壺から追いソースが可能です。肉の表面には黒胡椒がついており、ソースと肉の旨みを倍増させる名脇役です。先代の肉に比べて脂身が増し、肉のジューシーさを感じることができます。カツが食べきれない時は、別売のタッパー(20円)をお願いし、持ち帰りも可能です。ご飯の量を少なめに注文することも可能です。駐車場はお店の前と道路の向かい側、お店の裏側の3ヵ所にあります。会津グルメを代表するメガサイズのソースカツ丼、是非その迫力にビックリしてください。おすすめです。

平日1115くらいに訪問。 先客数名でほぼ好きな席に座れましたが、その後続々と来客があり食べ終わる頃は混み合ってました。 店内清潔、接客も良好です。 コロナのせいかもしれませんが、紙ナプキンがないのだけ気になりました。 ソースはベタつくので口元拭きたいんですけどね。おしぼりはありました。 ロースカツ丼ソースでご飯普通で1650円、えっと、、、あまりのカツのボリュームに驚きました(笑)こんな厚切り(中までしっかりと火は通ってました)のカツ丼はほんとに始めてみました! 小鉢2皿とお味噌汁もついてて、これが2980円と言われてもきっと納得してしまいますね。 大変美味しかったです、ぜひまた再訪したいですね。 カツはソースに浸ってる系ではなくかかつてるだけなので、薄味かな?と思いましたが各テーブルにソースの樽がおいてあり、自分で足すんだなと納得しました。

The sauce is sticky so I'd like to wipe my mouth. There was a hand towel. Rice with roasted pork cutlet sauce is 1650 yen, um ... I was surprised at the volume of the cutlet (laughs). rice field! Two small bowls and miso soup are also included, and even if it is said that this is 2980 yen, you will surely be convinced. It was very delicious and I would love to come back again. The cutlet isn't soaked in the sauce, it's just a savory cutlet, so is it light? I thought, but I was convinced that there was a barrel of sauce on each table and I had to add it myself.

Excellent tonkatsu, but VERY large pork cutlet. Unless you bring a healthy appetite, you will not finish it. Doesn't matter, most people end up paying an extra 10 Yen for a plastic container to take the rest with them. I ate 4 of the 6 pieces and would have been happy with 3. Be prepared to carry half the meal away with you.

Food is wonderful. Pork steak real big and thick I’ve never seen. Tasted soft , tender and incredible juicy. Also 5 stars service and attitude. Highly recommended!! PS: meal is quite bigger than normal size.
