★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年前、愛犬を亡くし、電話予約し翌日家族で休みを合わせて連れて行きました。着くと既に複数の他利用家族さんがいて、忙しそうなのは伝わりました。受付のおば様に名前を伝えると「えっ予約に入ってません」と。電話履歴は間違いなくこちらなのに「予約されてないので他の予約の方優先になります」と。理不尽さを感じつつも受け入れ待つことにしたのですが、直後愛犬を納めた箱を「それこっちに置いときます」と床にボンっと投げ置かれました。本当にペット霊園がする事かと目を疑い、怒りに涙が出てきました。家族で話し合い他霊園さんにお願いし、結果として良かったと思います。
火葬からの流れを知らないままの評価になりますが、1年経っても消化できないので、今レビューさせていただきます。ペットを亡くし悲しんでる方の傷が広がりませんように。
A year ago, I lost my dog, made a phone call, and took it with my family the next day. When I arrived, there were already several other family members and I was told that I was busy. If you tell the name to the aunt at the reception, “You have n’t entered the reservation”. The phone history is definitely here, but “it is not reserved, so other reservations have priority”. Although I felt unreasonable, I decided to wait, but immediately after that, I put a box with my pet dog on it. I wondered if the pet cemetery really did, and tears came out in my anger. We discussed with family and asked other cemeteries, and as a result I think it was good.
Although it is an evaluation without knowing the flow from the cremation, it will not be digested even after one year, so I will review it now. Do not spread the wounds of those who lost their pets and are sad.

印象としては火葬施設が非常に立派です。
It is an urban type pet recreation area. Here is a cremation only facility and the cemetery is about 20 minutes by car.
