電話の対応も、月曜日で定休日にも関わらず最初から最後まで親切に対応していただきありがとうございました
うちの子も安心して天国に向かっていったと思います。本当にありがとうございました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な火葬にも関わらず、丁寧に対応してもらい、とても良かったです。亡くなった時には、喪失感しか有りませんでしたが、火葬してもらう事で、気持ちが落ち着く事が出来ました。
Despite the sudden cremation, it was very nice to have them respond politely. When I died, I felt lost, but I was able to calm down by having him cremated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応からとてもご丁寧でしたが、引渡しに行くととても綺麗な内装と可愛いわんちゃんがお出迎えしてくれました。ペットちゃんの扱いも丁寧でお線香もあげれて、骨壷も可愛くて、安心してうちの子を預けれるなと思いました。
It was very polite to answer the phone, but when I handed over it, the beautiful interior and cute doggie welcomed me. I treated my pets carefully, gave me some incense sticks, and had a cute urn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急に愛猫が無くなりどうして良いか分からないままホームページで見つけ電話した所、親身に話を聞いていただき夜間受け入れで対応して頂きました。スタッフの優しさに涙です。ありがとうございます。
Suddenly my cat disappeared and I found it on the homepage without knowing what to do, and when I called, I asked my relatives to listen to me and accept me at night. I'm tears at the kindness of the staff. thanks you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の連絡から最後まで、スタッフの方々にとても丁寧に対応していただきました。そして看板犬の五郎ちゃんに癒されました。もしまたいつかペットを飼うことになり、いずれ必ず訪れるお別れの際は、またこちらにお願いしたいと思いました。本当にありがとうございました。
From the first contact to the end, the staff responded very politely. And I was healed by the signboard dog Goro-chan. If I have a pet again someday and I will definitely visit it someday, I would like to ask you again. I'm really thankful to you.

I visited for the cremation of my hamster. Despite the urgent request, they responded politely from the beginning to the end, and all the staff were very good.
