★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プレ、プレオープンと新店オープンに行ってきました。なんだか地域のお野菜なんかを販売するって宣伝していたので期待していましたが。本当に僅かあるだけで拍子抜けでした。この辺りは北花田のイオン内にあるMUJIに軍配が上がるわ。でもね衣料品が本当によくなったわ。コートが一万円以下であったんだけど。すごく良かった。生地はバーバリーやアクアスキュウタムなどのオイルステンでは無いんだけど、現代科学の撥水使用だから軽くて且つ雨はじきも良いと思います。
でね、今回米ぬかを買ったの。混ぜる期間が一週間もあるぬか床です。それから毎日お漬物を漬けています。美味しいよ、皆様もぜひ。
