★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近は利用していないが、以前は電話対応が最悪だった。会社の業務でまとまった量の輸入商品の修正を依頼したく連絡したら、用件を聞かずに切ろうとされた。
プロ気取りで的外れな上から目線の対応と忙しいアピールも不快。
くそみたいな対応でもちゃんと仕事をしてくれればOKという人は利用してもいいんじゃないかな。
今もまだその人が勤務しているかは不明だが、接客態度は改善したほうがいいと思う。

It is uncomfortable to respond to the eyes and busy appeal from the top because he is professional and disrespectful.
Even if it's a damn response, if you work properly, you may use it if you are OK.
It's still unclear if that person is still at work, but I think it's better to improve customer service.
