ATMコーナーにいる男性と女性が口座を作るのは無理と言っていたが、確認したら作ることができた。 行員同士の雰囲気も悪そう。 この支店だけではないが、全体的にホスピタリティは低いと感じる。

キャッシュカードを紛失して再開の手続きを行うために行ったら、予約した人が優先というのは理解できるのですが、大体どれくらいかかるかそれに関しては一切答えてくれない。 予約の人がそのときはきてなくてその人来るまでに20分以上待った。 それでもその人が優先。お客様の予約している内容が何になるかによって時間が変わるからわからないのはわかるが、再開手続きとそれ以外の相談を同じ窓口でやるのは頭悪くないですか? 新規、各種お届け、相談 が同じ 相談は別にしたら? 再開の手続きと新規は同じでも 何相談するかわからない相談の窓口は別にしてもらえないでしょうか?もしくは一旦外で待てるように連絡するとか。信用金庫とかすごく対応早い。仕方なく都市銀行使ってるけど、使わなくていいならやめたい

税金の納付に行ったが、受付のおばさん他の方が言う様に 何で受付窓口しているのか?な位不親切。 機械で入れろと言われたが、結局出来ない内容と分かって窓口へ。 ベルトコンベアーで仕事をしないでね お金を扱うって一番きちんとしてて欲しいです

Came in to open a bank account and they told me sit in a booth and wait for a bank attendant. An hour later I provide my information to a bank teller through a machine and finally after waiting another ten minutes, a woman knocks on the booth door. I’m expecting it to be news about the status of my bank account but it’s a woman apologizing that the bank is now closed so they can’t continue the process and I have to leave. If this was the case, they should have just told me an hour ago and I would have understood like other banks in the area informed me... but instead they didn’t. Thank you for wasting my time.
