s	s m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの窓口の行員さんに非常に不愉快な…というより異常な態度に遭遇しました。最初、フロアで立ってらっしゃる行員さんにあることを相談したところ、親切にとある手続き方法をご提案くださりました。そのご提案内容で手続きをしようと窓口へつくと、規則でそのようなことはできません、などと、先ほどのご案内と食い違うことを言われました。その旨を申し上げても、規則で無理なので、お帰りください、と、別の行員さんに確認すらする様子もなく、追い返そうとされました。何度も、一度別の行員さんに確認してみてください、と頼んでようやく重い腰を上げて確認してくれたところ、そのような規則はなく、誤認だったことがわかりました。すると、はい、それでは身分証を出してください、と、いきなり手続きを始められました。……あの、何か一言ないのでしょうか？　いきなり身分証だせ、って…。接客マナーというより、人間のコミュニケーションとして、かなり異常な態度のように感じました。そのような方が働かれている銀行は、また嫌な思いをする可能性があるため、今後の取引を控えようと思いました。 I encountered an unusual attitude rather than being very unpleasant to the staff at this window.
