I regularly go to the Grand Building for business. I want to eat lunch, but everywhere is expensive! Today, I found a lunch of 1000 yen (including consumption tax)! This price is nice at this place. When I went with 2 people and sat in 2 seats, I was told to go to the next 4 seats! I was satisfied with the wonderful view.
R	RI ONST on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阪急百貨店本店横の32番街にある福井の料理を頂ける落ち着いたお店です。ランチで利用しましたが、お値段も2人で2500円弱とリーズナブルでした。押し寿司ととろろ海鮮丼を頂きましたが、押し寿司は見た目より結構ずっしりボリュームがあり、海鮮丼はカニの身がタップリで満足しました。また高層階のため見晴らしが良く気持ちが良かったです。 It is a calm restaurant where you can enjoy Fukui's cuisine on the 32nd Avenue next to the main store of Hankyu Department Store. We used it for lunch, but it was reasonably priced at less than 2500 yen for two people. We had Oshizushi and Tororo Kaisendon, but the Oshizushi had a lot more volume than it looked, and the seafood bowl was satisfying with the crab meat. Also, because it is a high floor, the view was good and it felt good.
夏	夏祭り! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチにお造り定食、蟹とろ丼、かに酢の物をいただきました。　セコガニを食べたかったのですが、予約が必要との事で残念でした。要予約と書いた方が良いと思います。酢の物は味も量も満足いくものでしたが、定食と丼は味量ともに物足りない感じでした。食事中、後ろで定員の方がずっと私語をかわされていたので、雰囲気が台無しで嫌な思いをしました。 For lunch, I had a sashimi set meal, a crab toro bowl, and a crab vinegared dish. I wanted to eat Seko crab, but I was disappointed that I needed to make a reservation. I think it is better to write that reservation is required. The taste and quantity of the vinegared food was satisfactory, but the set meal and rice bowl were not enough in both taste and quantity. During the meal, the number of people in the back was evading my language all the time, so the atmosphere was ruined and I felt unpleasant.

D	Daniel Yim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed and worst service ever experienced! Originally wanted to try its dinner with 28f night view. I made resevation 3 weeks before my trip to Osaka. Due to 2 hours flight delay, my family rushed straight to the dinner with all luggage from airport and immediately send email msg to alert for 30 mins late arrival. However once we arrived, the non English speaking waiters insisted we were late and not allowed us to go in. That really ruined my family holiday on the first dinner. Cannot be worse that that. Don't ever think about this restaurant if you cannot speak Japanese as they cannot communicate and have service mindset at all. Super super crossed! :X
