Very quick and satisfactory explanations when opening a new bank account. I speak Japanese so that might make a difference.
My only issue is that it can take up to 10 days to receive your bank card, and to be able to activate internet banking.
For comparison, at Resona I got everything on the same day. So -1 Star for that.
