★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応悪く、融通の効かない銀行です。会社マニュアルとシステムが古く合理的に物事を考えられない銀行です。SMBCをおすすめします。対応よく早いです。
It is a poorly responsive and inflexible bank. A bank with old company manuals and systems that can't reasonably think about things. SMBC is recommended. Correspondence is good and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住所に階層まで書かれていない為迷ったが、他の方のレビューでSkyO24階と確認でき行くことが出来ました。また、1FのATM窓ガラスに行き方が書いてありました。スタッフの方はとても親切でした。
I was at a loss because the address did not include the hierarchy, but I was able to confirm that it was the 24th floor of SkyO in the reviews of other people. Also, the directions were written on the ATM window glass on the 1st floor. The staff was very kind.
