★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 難波の一等地の店舗が無くなって仕方なくこちらのATMを利用しているが一台しか無いためいつも長蛇の列。
 There are no stores in prime locations in Namba, so I have no choice but to use this ATM, but since there is only one, there is always a long line.

ATMが新しくなっており操作に手間取った。
見たことのない機能も増えたが、案内DMは届いていない。
夕方で３台とも利用中で皆時間が掛かっているようでした。
冊子等探しましたが見当たらず、仕方なく帰宅後サービスを確認。
残念な気持ちになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関西アーバン銀行と近畿大阪銀行は、2019年(平成31年)4月1日に合併して、新たに「関西みらい銀行」としてスタート。
「関西みらい銀行」は、ほとんどの金融機関が平日午前９時から午後３時までを営業時間とする中、近畿大阪銀は１０８店（３月末）で午後５時まで開店しており、合併後の関西アーバン銀の旧店舗でも同じ対応をする。
合併から半年間、旧関西アーバン銀の店舗の営業時間は午後３時までとするが、旧近畿大阪銀とのシステム統合にあわせて延長。関西みらい銀は来年１０月にも午後５時までの営業時間に全面的に移行する。
関西アーバン銀は大阪府内を中心に現在１５５店を展開しており、旧近畿大阪銀とあわせて２５０店を超える店舗が“５時まで銀行”になる。
