★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カラーコンタクトを買いに入店しました。割引券が当たるガチャガチャをして、お会計しに行ったところ在庫がないと言われました。欲しい商品がないのに割引券も使えないなら意味が無いので、ガチャガチャの返金してもらえますか？と聞いたところ返金できませんと言われました。買いたい商品も買えず＋使えない割引券の分のお金ももったいないことをしました。これに対し申し訳ございませんの一言もなく私も同じ接客業をしているので、店員さんの対応に非常に不快に感じました。
