八	八木おしぇんべい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ザ・モール仙台長町にあるワンランク上のオトナ女子雑貨を扱っている「Francfranc 長町店」さん。土日祝がやはり混むのかなという印象。男性店員さんが品出しや配置なんか気にして頑張っていらっしゃいました。ふと、レジカウンターを眺めると。。女性店員お二人は談笑してらっしゃいました。暇そうにしてた感じですかね。接客などは買ってないのでわかりません。星5☆は品揃えやデザインや種類豊富なことに関しての5評価です。美容家電、家具、アロマ系商品やアクセサリー、オシャレ食器など。質やデザインが良さそうなので可愛さだけのために利用すると思います。プレゼントでも利用すると思います。が、男性店員は店長なのか？もうあの時間帯はスタッフ絞って減らしたほうが良いのではと思ってしまいました。少し残念。店内は写真参照。 "Francfranc Nagamachi store" that handles higher-grade adult women's miscellaneous goods in The Mall Sendai Nagamachi. 澤	澤口水絵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エレガントミラーが欲しくて最初仙台店の方に購入しに行きました。仙台店の店員が商品を確認し包装したにも関わらずUSB部分が壊れていたため次の日交換しに行くと、長町店にしか在庫が無いと言われわざわざ長町店取りに行きました。長町店で商品を一緒に確認し受け取りました。やっと手に入ったと思い開けると今度はコードがありませんでした。逆になんでコードを忘れるのかわけ分かりません。車が旦那しか扱えないため、わざわざ温泉に行くのをやめて取りに行ったのに本当にショックでした。その後電話をするも対応が悪く誠意が全く感じられませんでした。こちらも車を出したので届けに来て欲しいと思っていたが、ギリギリまで配達でどうにかできたら…というような対応。最終的にはどうしても無理だったら社員に持っていかせるとのこと。本当に同じ販売員としてありえないと思いました。大好きなお店だったので本当にショックです。 I wanted an elegant mirror, so I first went to the Sendai store to buy it. A	Ami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francfrancさんとは長いお付き合いです。お部屋の中も気が付けばFrancfrancの物が… 他ではみられないゴージャス感、ラグジュアリー感クッションカバー、お布団カバー、小物入れやラグ、造花のお花やタオル、最近では壁紙まで買ってしまいました。こちらの壁紙とーってもオススメです。誰でも簡単に楽チンに貼れてお部屋のイメチェンが出来てしまいます。スタッフさん達もお綺麗な方が多く、みなさん優しく親切な接客をして下さいます。ディスプレイも参考になるし、豊富な商品数や広々としたスペースで時間を忘れて見てしまうお店の一つです。 I have a long relationship with Francfranc. c	ceiestial blue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の前を通ると香りがきついなと感じるようになりましたが、可愛いものが揃ってるのでついつい足を止めて買い物してしまいます(^-^;) モールのFrancfrancはディスプレイの変化が激しく、季節やイベントを意識しての魅せ方が凄いなぁと毎回感心しますね。もちろん店舗が広いというのもあるのでしょうが、キラキラしてる時があったり、可愛く統一されてる時もあったり、クリスマスやバレンタインなど眺めてるだけで気持ちが華やぎます。視覚で元気になれるってなにげに嬉しいです♪ 笑顔が素敵な店員さんがいます(^^) When I passed in front of the shop, I started to feel that the scent was strong, but since there are so many cute things, I just stop and shop (^-^;) The display of Francfranc in the mall changes drastically, and I'm always impressed with how attractive it is to be aware of the seasons and events.
