★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高校生の頃に約2年毎日のように通っていたいましたが、今でも思い出す大好きなジムです。
オーナーの懐が本当に深く、面倒見もとてもよかったです。私の筋トレメニューを作ってくれてサポートもしてくれ、ベンチの記録も1年で30kgも上がりました。
会員同士の近すぎず遠すぎない関係も良く、気持ちよく汗を流せました。
ジムを辞める最後の日に扉を開けて出ていくその時、会長が「〇〇、がんばれよ！」と言ってくれたのが忘れられません。
まだ子どもだった私にも、このがんばれはこれからの長い人生色んなことがあるけどお前なら大丈夫がんばれよという気持ちがこもっていたと思えました。
今でも辛い時に思い出して力をもらえます。
本当に素敵な思い出が作れる素晴らしいジムです。
When I was in high school, I wanted to go to the gym every day for about two years, but I still remember it as my favorite gym.
The owner's bosom was really deep and the care was very good. He made my muscle training menu and supported me, and the bench record increased by 30 kg in one year.
The relationship between the members was not too close and not too far away, and I was able to sweat comfortably.
I can't forget that the chairman said, "Oh, do my best!", when I opened the door on the last day when I left the gym and went out.
Even though I was still a child, it seemed like I had the feeling that I would do my best in this long-term life, although there are many things to do in the future.
Even now, I can regain strength when I am in a difficult time.
It is a wonderful gym where you can make really wonderful memories.
