Easy-to-understand guidance and friendly gym friends make it easy for first-time users to get used to it. It is a very good gym with a wide range of support from beginners to experienced people.

女性でも安心して通えると思います。
BGMも楽しい。
I had no experience in martial arts and decided to learn everything from scratch, but the staff and members are all kind and will teach me carefully, so I think I can continue for a long time.
I think that even women can go there with peace of mind.
BGM is also fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口に「総合格闘空手」と書いてあって一瞬ビビりますが、実際にはキックボクシング、ボクシング、MMA、グラップリングなどを学べる、とてもフレンドリーな道場です。
運動不足やストレス解消のためにミット打ちをしている方から、プロ志望の方まで、年齢層も性別も幅広い会員さんがいます。
指導員も全員現役のプロ選手かプロ経験者で、安心して通えると思います。
The entrance says "Mixed Martial Arts Karate" and you'll be scared for a moment, but it's actually a very friendly dojo where you can learn kickboxing, boxing, MMA, grappling and more.
There are members of all ages and genders, from those who are mitting to relieve stress and lack of exercise to those who want to become professionals.
All the instructors are active professional players or experienced professionals, so I think they can go there with peace of mind.
