★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店、オープンしたのは2017年昨年6月ですけどなかなか行く機会に恵まれず。
辛いものが食べたいという気分にもマッチしたので、初めて入ってみることにしました。
お昼前に入ったところお客さんはゼロ。
我々の後にポツポツと2人入ってきたものの、ランチよりも夜の方がお客さんが多いんでしょう。
オーダーしてから20分、何も出てこないのは冷麺に手間がかかるからかな。
まぁ急ぐ訳でもなし、ゆっくり待つことにしましょう。
お、まずはチヂミからきたぞ。
お腹はペコペコ、よし、早速頂きま～す。
うん、美味い！
表面はカリッと、中はフワッとしているのは、卵の比率が高いからなのか、山芋が入っているのか。
普通に食べるチヂミよりも生地の味が豊かで、この一品にお店の実力が示されているような。
待った甲斐がある味です。
お次はビビン冷麺、見るからに辛そうですね。
お店の方曰く、ここでは最も辛い一品なのだとか。
どれどれ。
お！ん？、お～ (一瞬辛く、いやそうでもないか？いや、やっぱり辛い、という反応)
タレが辛く、麺で中和されて後味に辛さが残るんですね。
とはいえ、旨味が強い辛さはいい味。
このタレはなかなかのものです。
時々、キュウリやリンゴやカブで箸休め、そしてまた旨辛さい麺をズーっと啜る。
そうだ、真っ黒な焼豚はどうだろう。
噛み応えのある固さ、そのまま食べるより、タレをしっかり絡めるといい味に。
なるほど、ラーメンの焼豚とは全くの別物なんだな。
全て食べ終えた時には唇が熱くなってましたけど、期待通りの味に大満足。
店内はさほど広くはなく、席は20弱。
日本酒も置いてあり、ツマミも充実しているので夜も来てみたいなと。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通の韓国料理店とは違って生活の場という感じがしない。食堂とも違う。初めて入った客はどの韓国料理を頼もおかと考えるが常連さんは違う。生マッコリと刺身を注文する。鯵の刺身、メヒカリの唐揚げ、金目鯛の刺身、生ガキの酢の物。季節によって美味しいものが並ぶ。たくさんで行った時は韓国料理がいい。エゴマの葉でくるんだカルビはむちゃくちゃ美味しい。
Unlike ordinary Korean restaurants, it does not feel like a place of life. It's not like a dining room. Sashimi of salmon, fried chicken with sea bream, sashimi of salmon with golden eyes, vinegar of raw oysters. Delicious items are lined up by the season. Korean food is good when you go there a lot.
