決め手は安さ！結構写真ってお値段する中で、安い！背景とか何年も変わらないからそこら辺変わると尚いいかな。

受付で相談にのってくれた方はとても腰がひくく物腰も柔らかかったんですが、写真当日の人は言葉がイチイチキツイ。
バリバリ感やテキパキ感をアピールしてるのかな？
上から目線で気分が悪くなります。
写真も、たいした上手いとは言えなくて、ますますガッカリしました。
３才の誕生日まで毎回お願いしていて、前の雰囲気の方が良かったかも。
リピーター特権もないので、次からは行かないですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 始めての利用でした。女性の方が撮ってくださり和やかな雰囲気でしたが、こちらの写真やビデオ撮影がダメなのがいけてないですねぇ。やはり撮ってくだってる間がどうなってるのか一緒に撮れなかったジジババやこれなかった家族にも見せてあげられないのはちょっとね。違う角度からのその一瞬はせめてビデオ位は撮らせていただきたいですね。価格もそう安くはないので。ちょっと期待以下でした。
It was my first time using it. It was a peaceful atmosphere because the women took it, but I don't like the fact that this photo and video shoot is not good. It's a little that I can't show it to Jijibaba who couldn't take it with me and my family who didn't have it. I would like to shoot at least the video position for that moment from a different angle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて来店したときに振り袖を羽織るだけでなく着付けてもらうなど、丁寧な対応が決め手となりここに決めました。前撮りの写真にも満足しました。
しかしその後に、事前の説明が2、3回確認したのに間違っている、スタッフの間で情報が共有されていない、渡された書類に不備があるなど問題が多々あり、その度に電話や確認をすることが疲れました。ストレスがたまりました。
