★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和８年からやっている老舗の写真館。外から眺めていて気になっていたのを、今回ビザの写真を撮る名目で入ってみた。出てきたのは白髪の上品な老婦人、二階に通されて中を見てびっくり、昔の西洋館に入り込んだような錯覚に陥った。デジタルカメラなどはない。お爺さんがレトロなフィルムカメラで最高の写真をとってくれる。あまりにも雰囲気がいいので、その後も歓談していった。ずっと付き合って行きたい老夫婦の写真館である。
 A long-established photo studio that has been in operation since 1958. What I was interested in looking at from the outside, I entered in the name of taking a visa photo this time. An elegant old lady with gray hair came out and was surprised to see the inside through the second floor and fell into the illusion of entering the old Western pavilion. There is no digital camera. A grandmother takes the best photos with a retro film camera. The atmosphere was so good that I chatted afterwards. This is a photo studio for an old couple who wants to go out with each other.

戦前の建物だと思われますが、トンガリ屋根を陸屋根の2つの建物で挟むというモダンなデザインで、できた当時から町のシンボル的な建物だったのではないかと思われます。2020年1月時点では営業はされていない様子でした。
市街地のど真ん中にこんな洒落た個人宅が残っているという自体、盛岡が住みやすい町ということを証明していると感じることができました。
A long-established photo studio.
It seems to be a pre-war building, but with a modern design in which the Tongari roof is sandwiched between two buildings with flat roofs, it seems to have been a symbolic building of the town since its inception. As of January 2020, it did not appear to be open.
The fact that such a stylish private house remains in the middle of the city area proved that Morioka proved to be a livable town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二代目が病死したので休業。ここのスタジオは三角屋根の半分がガラス張りで自然光の入る夢のような理想的な写真スタジオです。山水画風のバックスクリーンも今では手に入らない貴重なモノです。
亡くなったお婆ちゃんは伯母です。
The second generation died of illness, so he was closed. The studio here is a dream-like ideal photo studio with half of the triangular roof covered with glass and natural light. A back screen in the style of a landscape painting is also a valuable item that is no longer available.
The deceased grandmother is an aunt.
