昭和6年に竣工。重厚な一階部分、自然洗い出しの外壁の上に、木の骨組み間にリズミカルな斜材や円状の木装飾が並ぶハーフティンバーの二階部分、そして勾配の大屋根にどっしりと突き出た八角形の望楼がそびえます。
