★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祖母がこの老人ホームを
利用しています。
とても綺麗な施設で
住みやすそうな感じですが
職員さんが足りていないような
気がします。
皆さん忙しそうだし、
利用者さんとおしゃべりするのも
せかせかしている感じです。
レクリエーションと言って
利用者さん同士がおしゃべりする
親睦会のようなイベントがあるのですが
それが毎日はないようです。
独り身の方が多いと思うので
なるべく人と触れ合う機会を
増やしてあげて欲しいなと
思いました。
そういったイベントがないと
利用者さんは、
他に行く場所もないので
(外には行けない)
一人部屋でこもることに
なってしまいます。
改善してもらえると嬉しいです。
