月額十数万円の施設は、世話の度合いが増えればオプションの金額がふえるがここは、それがない。但し介護の認定により金額は変わってくる。介護度合いがあがれば、金額も上がる。また病院、散髪等は当然実費となる。元気な人には高いが、お世話が必要な人にとっては、それなりの金額かもしれない。レクレーション活動は午前、午後１回で月１回程度、外での活動があるが、見ていてしょぼい。
