農	農家 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就農についての相談で利用させて頂きました。職員の中に非常に感じの悪い方がいました。聞く所によると、ここの団体のお偉いさんで市役所からの出向と言う事で、それを聞いて「ああ、なるほどな」と思いました。性格に難ありで出向なのか栄転でここに在籍なのかは分かりませんが、高圧的で一方的でこちらの話をちゃんと聞かずに全批判して来る人で態度・言葉遣いが最低！非常に不愉快な思いをしたのでもう二度とこんな所は利用しません！！その他の職員さん達は物静かな方が多く、対応は丁寧な感じでした。利用の際はお気を付けください。 I used it for consultation about farming. I felt very unpleasant, so I will never use this place again! !! Many of the other staff members were quiet, and the response was polite. Please be careful when using it.
し	しもつかれ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宇都宮市白楊高校の東側にある小さめの建物です。駐車場は建物北側を奥に進むと１０台位駐車スペースがあります。老朽化が目立つ建物ですが階段を登ると二階が手続き事務所になってます。農地の貸し借りや農地を相続しても使い道が解らない等の相談や新規就農や家庭菜園をする農地を借りられないか等の相談も気軽に出来る場所だと思います。最近増えてる見たいです高齢化が進み農地の管理が出来ない田畑が、何も作って無いけど税金だけ払ってるとかもったいないと思います　宇都宮市の公務員業務の一環ですので1人で悩まず相談するのも良いと思います。 It is a small building on the east side of Hakuyo High School in Utsunomiya City. There are about 10 parking spaces in the parking lot on the north side of the building. The building is very old, but when you climb the stairs, the second floor becomes a procedure office. I think it is a place where you can feel free to consult about renting or renting farmland, not knowing how to use it even if you inherit it, or whether you can rent a farmland for new farming or a kitchen garden. I'd like to see that it's increasing recently. The fields that are aging and can't manage farmland aren't making anything, but they only pay taxes. I think it's a waste. It's a part of Utsunomiya City's civil servant work, so I think it's good to consult without worrying alone.
