★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月に交通事故にあってしまい、こちらは相手方の保険なのですが担当男性Mさん。11月から３月まで休職していました。休業手当ても５ヶ月間支払いしていただけずやっと振り込まれたかと思いきや、明らかに少なく対応が悪くひどすぎます。裁判したい気持ちです。本当に困っています。

事故相手が当て逃げで、当方被害者にもかかわらず威圧的な対応、及び
非常に横柄で担当者や上司までもが寄ってたかって怒声を浴びせる始末。
一体この保険に関わっているスタッフはどのような人達なのでしょうか？
考えられないような悪対応と、目に余る経営指針に目を覆うばかり。
もちろん上層部への報告はキッチリとさせて頂きましたが(笑)
それにしても民間の保険会社でも酷い所はあるがここはそれ以上に酷い所であるとわかり、少ないながらも自分の知り合い関係者全ての人達に教えてあげました～
そのせいか半分以上の人達が次年度から解約しているみたいで…
早くこのようなろくでもない保険会社は倒産して、世の中の真面目に運転しているような善良な国民が安心して車を運転できるような
そんな国になって欲しいですね。
犯罪者への片棒を担ぎ、あり得もない事実をでっちあげながら被害者を圧倒的な態度で脅迫まがいに威圧して。決して自分側の非を認めない
今まで出会った保険屋の中で最悪の保険会社ですので
もしご新規ご検討、継続をお考えの方はこのようなことを踏まえたうえで自己責任でお願いします。
あ、根っからの犯罪者なんかには同じ穴の狢で丁度いいかもしれませんが(笑)
