食パンのパン・ド・ミと放し飼いの有精卵は欠かさず買っています。国産小麦粉、粗製糖、天然酵母、塩のみの材料で、添加物の多いふわふわしたパンとは違いますが美味しいです。我が家はトーストしたサンドイッチにしますが、素材を引き立てるパンですよ???
星五つにしたいところですが、手作りデザートは家族間で賛否両論あるので四つにしました。
