20日ほど前に内見予約し、当日店舗を訪れたところ、いい加減な理由をいくつか並べられ内見できませんでした。すぐに他店に問い合わせしたところ、既に申し込みが入っているとのこと。
申込みが入ってしまい内見できなくなったことを事前に客に伝えなかったわけです。
さらに悪いのは、当日の朝になっても、その日の予約内容を把握してないということです。確認していれば、連絡し忘れに気づいて朝のうちにキャンセルを伝えることができたはず。
当日の仕事内容すら確認していない。これは企業としてずさんとしか言えません。
そして、嘘をついて誤魔化そうとする態度をとったことで、この店舗は信頼ゼロです。
It's the worst. Not worthy of trust. You should be careful.
I made a preview reservation about 20 days ago, and when I visited the store on the day, I couldn't preview because of some sloppy reasons. When I immediately contacted another store, it was said that an application had already been made.
I didn't tell the customer in advance that the application was received and I couldn't preview it.
What's worse, even in the morning of the day, I don't know what the reservation was for that day. If I had confirmed it, I should have noticed that I had forgotten to contact and told the cancellation in the morning.
I haven't even confirmed what I was doing on the day. This can only be said to be sloppy as a company.
And by taking the attitude of lying and trying to deceive, this store has zero trust.
