The soup and the noodles were just perfect. It also has a kind of unique style. They used ingredients like olives or tomatoes in there soup.

The medium rare chicken is a bit weird for me and the skin, though tasty, was not crisp. Dumplings had better taste than average Japanese dumplings. The staff is very nice and can speak English pretty well. The line might be a little long but it flows pretty fast.

The thick miso clam ramen is good as well. The owner chef made his name cooking Italian cuisine. Bonus - the restaurant admits small children as well.

Handmade noodles and wontons. Arrived ten minutes before opening on a Saturday and there was already an hour long line. In the rain. Totally worth it!
