ノ	ノアマンクロウグルメ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ （味の感想は★からです）今回のお店は【ヌードルボウズ n坊】さん。浅草橋にできたアニマルオフの醤油ラーメンが気になる新店。九段下の「八咫烏」さんに惚れ込み修行されたとのことで、なんとなくの傾向を考えながら訪問。店内はけっこう広めで、カウンター席の他にも一人用のテーブル席（横並びで二人とかでも食べれる）もあり、並ぶ確率が少なそうで嬉しい。私は「醤油メン」をオーダー。カウンターに座り、若干死角気味に書いてあるお店のこだわりを読みながら待つ。しばしするとラーメン到着。黒々とした醤油の照りがとても美味しそうなビジュアル。それではいただきます。〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜★ ★・醤油メン　900円早速スープを一口、、、へぇ！こういう系！さっぱり美味しい！醤油っぽさが全面にきてから、優しい出汁の感じが口の中に広がります。ほんのりとした酸味も相まって、味わいは単調ではなくて、複雑目。てっきり八咫烏さんみたいにごま油感の強い香りがするのかとおもっていたら（ごま油は使ってないようですが）「n坊」さんは醤油の香りをストレートに感じますね。チャーシューはモチッとしていて美味しいレアチャーシューと大判な煮豚系のチャーシューはしっとりとしていて良い。スープだけで飲むと酸味をけっこう感じますが、つるっつるの麺を啜れば丁度良い塩梅に。不思議だ。デフォルトなのにたっぷり入ったチャーシューと、不思議さと確かな美味しさを兼ね備えた醤油スープがかなり気に入りました。退店際の挨拶を気持ち良く、それだけでも通う価値ありのお店だと思いました。それではごちそう様でした。美味しかったです。 (The impression of the taste is from ★) The shop this time is [Noodle Bows n Bo].
