★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あの大手ハンバーガー店とは違う感じで、店内の雰囲気も良い。バーガーに関してはセットにすると１０００円を超えることも多い。
 It feels different from that major hamburger shop, and the atmosphere inside the shop is also good. As for burgers, it often costs more than 1000 yen as a set.

店内も広くてゆったり出来る感じで良かったです。
ただ、目の前の道路は週末は交通渋滞必至なのでゆとりがないときは厳しい場所だと思います。

It was good that the inside of the store was spacious and comfortable.
However, the road in front of me is inevitably congested on weekends, so I think it's a tough place when there is no room.

バーガーは昔と変わらず、美味しかったです。残念なのは店員対応が素っ気なく、注文のしかたを聞いても丁寧に対応せず、そんな事いまさら聞くな感を感じられた。バーコード決済はどうすればと聞いても強めに言ってやっと対応されました。人手不足なのか忙しそうな対応がわざとらしいと感じました。近くのマックのほうがリーズナブルだし店員対応は100点、もう来ることはないなと心に決めました。
This is Mos Burger after a long absence.
The burger was as delicious as it used to be. Unfortunately, the clerk wasn't very friendly, and even when I asked him how to place an order, he didn't respond politely, and I felt like I wasn't even listening to that. Even if I asked what to do with bar code payment, I strongly said that it was finally supported. I felt that the response that seemed to be busy, probably due to lack of manpower, was intentional. I decided that the nearby Mac was more reasonable and the clerk's response was 100 points, so I wouldn't come anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライブスルーとテイクアウト共に星も付けたくないほど接客が酷いです。
テイクアウトでは無表情の女性が機械的に対応されポイントカード有るか無いかも聞かれずに、自分から提示しないと精算後には当たり前だけど付けることが出来ないです。
店舗側としては一度返金処理をしてもう一度再度精算すればいいだけの簡単な処理です。
ドライブスルーでは店員の余裕がないのか、客の話を一切聞いてくれません。
対応としては上記と同じで、車の出入り口も夜行くとホントに縁石にぶつけるぐらい危険ですので運転に自信ない片は避けた方がいいです。
もしファーストフード食べたいのであれば、近くのマクドナルドの方が遥かに接客がいいです。
The customer service is so bad that I don't want to give a star to both drive-through and take-out.
In takeout, an expressionless woman is mechanically dealt with and you are not asked if you have a point card, and if you do not show it yourself, it is natural after payment, but you can not attach it.
On the store side, it is a simple process that you only have to process the refund once and then settle it again.
The drive-through doesn't listen to the customers at all, perhaps because the clerk can't afford it.
The response is the same as above, and if you go to the doorway of the car at night, it is dangerous enough to hit the curb, so you should avoid the piece that you are not confident in driving.
If you want to eat fast food, the nearby McDonald's is far better at serving customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土日祝日ドライブスルー昼は混んでます。モバイルオーダー出来るようになってましたが、支払いがカード決済かモスカードのみでした。前の電話注文の方が良かった
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays Drive-through It is crowded during the day. I was able to make mobile orders, but I could only pay by card or Moss card. The previous phone order was better
