★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3週間程前から右手首の腱鞘炎で手首が痛みはじめて、仕事もままならくなったので、鍼治療を受けてみようと思い、受け始めると少し動かすだけでも辛かった手首の痛みが引いていき、右の頭から首肩にかけての強張りまでほぐれていました。終わった後、体の緊張もとれてリラックスして眠くなりました。今晩は深く眠れそうです。
About 3 weeks ago, my wrist started to hurt due to tendonitis of my right wrist, and I couldn't work anymore. The tension from the right head to the neck and shoulders was loosened. After that, I was relaxed and sleepy. I feel like I can sleep deeply tonight.
