お勧めはオイルマッサージとストレッチです。オイルで肌はしっとり、筋肉は奥まで解されて、フワフワになります。その後のストレッチは筋肉が良く伸びて気持ちが良いです。
もう一つのお勧めは美容鍼です。お灸も付いていて、顔はもちろんのこと、首筋や肩周りにも効く感じがします。私は花粉症の鼻詰まりも改善しました?
スポーツをしてる子どもから、アスリート、スポーツ好きな大人、高齢者まで、丁寧に診てくれますので、一度診て貰ってください‼️
