やっと行って来ました。
冷麺焼き肉セットをいただきました。美味しかったです。
辛味入れなくても美味しいスープで、他とはまた違う味で美味しいです。
カクテキも辛すぎないので、バンバン入れちゃいました。

メニューは他の焼肉屋さんと比較すると少ないですが、どれも美味しく安いです。
冷麺は独特の感じで、美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 梅雨明けしなかった、ある年の8月の末、初めてお邪魔しました。
外は湿度が高く猛暑でしたが店内はエアコンなし、熱風を送ってくる扇風機１台のみ。
外より暑くて35度は簡単に超えていたのでは？
今までの人生で、こんなに暑いお店は初めてでした。
そういうところを含めて、趣きがありすぎる盛岡を代表する、いや、岩手を代表するかっこいいお店です。
冷麺をいただきました。
麺そのものに味付けしてあるのか、しっかりした味を感じられる印象でした。
でも決して濃くはなく、甘くてまろやかで優しい味がします。
別辛のキムチは酸っぱめ、冷麺に投入しても味の邪魔はしません。
盛岡では丁寧な冷麺ばかり最近はもてはやされている中で、ここは人間味が溢れてるというか、時代に左右されないというか、野球で言えば変化球なしでまっすぐな直球勝負をしてくる感じです。
盛岡の絶滅危惧種です。
皆さんでもりしげを盛り上げましょう！

Including such a place, it is a cool shop that represents Morioka, which is too tasteful, no, Iwate.
I got cold noodles.
I had the impression that the noodles themselves were seasoned, and I could feel a firm taste.
However, it is never thick and has a sweet, mellow and gentle taste.
Another spicy kimchi is sour that it doesn't interfere with the taste when added to cold noodles.
In Morioka, only polite cold noodles are touted recently, but it seems that it is full of humanity, it does not depend on the times, or in baseball, it is a straight straight game without a changing ball. ..
It is an endangered species of Morioka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北海道のローカルテレビ(おにぎりあ○ためますか)で知り、もう10年以上に2回ほど伺いました。
冷麺はもちろん美味しいのですが、いまだに思い出すのはカクテキの味。
冷麺とカクテキ、盛岡に行ったら絶対食べに行きたいです。
I learned about it on local TV in Hokkaido (Onigiri Atatame?) And visited it twice in more than 10 years.
Of course, cold noodles are delicious, but I still remember the taste of kimchi.
I definitely want to go to eat cold noodles, kimchi, and Morioka.

他の店の冷麺と違い麺が太く弾力がすごいです。
肉、ホルモンもおいしくキムチが無茶苦茶美味かったので持ち帰り用を頼んで家でも堪能しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の人に愛される隠れた名店で、最もオススメしたい盛岡冷麺のひとつです。１．５人前の冷麺焼肉ランチセットが格安です。最近なぜか外観だけ改装したようです（店内はキタナシュランのまま）。
モチモチの太麺は強い弾力があり、麺にしっかりとうま味が含まれています。壺に入った大盛りのカクテキを入れるまでは甘みの効いた濃いめのスープで、たっぷり入れるとしっかりと辛くなります。トッピングは塊のすじ肉と缶詰ミカンが古き良き懐かしさがあって印象的です。普通盛りでも結構な量です。
旨味の効いたタレで漬けた焼肉類も、値段の割に美味しいと思います。
店内は昭和の焼き肉屋の雰囲気です。掃除は行き届いていますが年季の入った油分が店内中にこびりついているので少し油っぽいです。汚れが気になるならラフな格好をお勧めします。
駐車場は店舗前に無理して２台停められるスペースと、隣接するスポーツ洋品店の一部区画のようです。

It is a hidden store loved by the locals and is one of the most recommended Morioka cold noodles. The cold noodle yakiniku lunch set for 1.5 servings is cheap. It seems that only the exterior has been renovated recently for some reason (the inside of the store remains Kitana Shuran).
The chewy thick noodles have strong elasticity, and the noodles have a strong umami taste. It is a thick soup with a sweet taste until you add a large amount of kimchi in a jar, and if you add a generous amount, it will become spicy. As for the toppings, the chunks of tendon and canned oranges have a good old-fashioned nostalgia and are impressive. It is a good amount even if it is a normal serving.
I think that yakiniku pickled in a delicious sauce is also delicious for the price.
The inside of the store has the atmosphere of a Showa BBQ restaurant. It's well cleaned, but it's a little oily because the aged oil sticks to the inside of the store. If you are worried about dirt, we recommend a rough dress.
The parking lot seems to be a space where two cars can be forcibly parked in front of the store and a part of the adjacent sports clothing store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの冷麺が大好きで(一般的な冷麺と少し違う？)、盛岡に来るたびに食べに来ています。
麺が太くて腰が強いです。スープもあっさりしてて食べやすいです。肉も柔らかいので焼肉冷麺セットがおすすめです。半ライスや冷麺も普通のサイズでくるので食べきれません(;o;)

人生で初めての一人焼き肉でしたが、焼き肉定食・レバー・冷麺を食べても2000円届かなかったと思います。
安い旨いで申し分ないです。
