★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丸醤ブラックというラーメンを食べました。まず見てびっくりするのは、本当にスープが真っ黒ですwなんじゃこりゃと思いながらおそるおそる食べてみたら…普通においしいwwwメンは細麺ですがモチモチした食感です。スープはちょっとしょっぱいかな？と思いましたが私は気にならない程度でした。皆さん低評価を押されていますが、普通においしいと感じました。ごちそうさまですw

麺の下にはもやしが大量に乗っていて麺量はかなり少ない。
そして、このもやしの味付けが非常に不味い。
胡椒と変なタレが麺にくっついて、せっかくのつけ麺が台無し。
変に工夫しないで、ただの茹でもやしでいいのでは？
スープもかなりドロドロしていますが、片栗粉で無理にとろみをつけています。
溶き方も下手くそで、器の底にはダマになった片栗粉がたんまり。
口の中に片栗粉の粉の味が残ります。
提供スピード落としてでも、丁寧に作ってもらいたい。

チャーシューがなかなか美味かったよ！！
麺も細麺のイイ感じののどごしで美味い！
醤油ラーメンをオーダーしましたが自分としては、もうちょっと薄味でも良かったかな〜。ちょっと濃い目のスープですかね。
今度は味噌を食べてみたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 激混みの日曜日にラーメンを食べましたが大衆向きの無難なラーメンでした。個人的には他とは違う特徴のラーメンが食べたかったので少し残念でした。
ラーメンについては好みでしょうが、このクラスのラーメンだったら他でも味わう事が出来るのでエアリでどうしてもラーメンが食べたいなら良いかと思いました。
