数か月前まで働いていました。正直言ってここは施設運営に携わっている管理職数名が組織としてダメな部分が多いです。
名ばかりの施設長、人を見て明らかに態度を返る生活相談員、不正を行い営業していたことがある。など黒い部分が多すぎます。

A facility manager who is just a name, a life counselor who clearly returns his attitude when he sees people, and has been in business for cheating. There are too many black parts.

ユニットにもよるが利用者さんに対する対応の仕方が酷いユニットがある。またユニットにもよるが職員同士の人間関係や雰囲気が悪いユニットがある。
