★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の名古屋ではこうじ店はとんと見かけないので写真を撮っていたら、お客さんを送り出した店主さんが「よかったら、こうじ見ていきませんか？」と声をかけてくださいました。大きな冷蔵庫の中で寝かされている麹をみせていただきました。袋入りの冷やし甘酒350円をいただいて帰りました。冷やしてそのまま飲めて、自然の甘みがとても美味しかったです。
I don't see many Jiuqu stores in my hometown of Nagoya, so when I was taking pictures, the owner who sent out the customers asked me, "Would you like to see Jiuqu?" I showed you the Jiuqu that is lying in the big refrigerator. I got a bag of chilled amazake for 350 yen and went home.
