★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若い店主はとても感じ良かった。麺も太麺細麺こんにゃく麺と選べます。辛麺は唐辛子と山椒をミックスしたもの。それぞれ1~10迄のランクで選べるので好みの辛さに出来ます。ベースはコラーゲンたっぷりの鶏のだしが効いてます。ご飯メニューもあるしアルコール飲料も揃ってます。つまみを頼んで一杯やりながらラーメンが出来るのを待つのもいいかもしれません。これからまだまだ延びしろのある店に期待は大です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥白湯と辛麺が2枚看板の2019年1月に開店したお店。辛麺は見た目は元祖ニュータンタンメン系なひき肉・ニラ・卵・ニンニクがのったものだが、辛さと痺れのバランスが良く丁寧な仕事していると感動した。麺もコンニャク麺選べて、糖質制限している身としては有難い。夜遅くまで営業していて、つまみメニューも充実していた。食べ通って応援していきたい名店かと思います

優しいコクのある鶏白湯スープをベースに醤油と塩。旨辛麺も有りメニュー豊富。
丼ものも米が美味い。オススメです♬︎

焦がし味噌は野菜がシャキシャキで焦がし味噌と相性バッチリでとても美味しかったです！
メインの辛麺はスープだけだと辛かったのですが（辛さは普通）、麺と一緒に絡ませると絶妙な心地よい辛さになりました。
お腹の限界まで美味しく食べることができて満足です！
麺を中華麺とコンニャク麺で選ぶことができるのも良かったです！
また組み合わせを変えて注文しようと思います。
近所に美味しいお店があって嬉しいです。
