H	HIROYUKI YOKOI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下呂温泉に家族で旅行中に昼飯タイムで探していたら見つけました。旅館から歩いて2〜3分のとこにある中華そば屋さん。ピリ辛味噌と醤油の2種類あって子供は醤油で大人は味噌を注文? 味噌は想像していたスープと違ってドロドロでこってりの少し薬味が効いたパンチのあるスープ? 醤油はあっさりなんやけど一言でいうと旨いスープ? 麺は醤油の細縮れ麺だけなんですが味噌は中太麺で両方モチモチしててチャーシューも煮卵もキクラゲも旨い??? チャーシューと唐揚げ丼の2種類もメチャ柔らかくて旨かった? 鯉	鯉さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年の11月頃から息子さんが経営者に変わったとのこと。カウンター5席と座敷席が一組用あります。シュプリーム(具沢山下呂醤油ラーメン)とプチルーローハンを注文。淡麗系の醤油ラーメン。鶏の生姜の風味がしっかりしています。太めの自家製の手打ち麺はうどんのような見た目でつるつるプリプリです。チャーシューは普通のものとフリッター(天ぷら)のようなものの2種類がトッピングさせています。味玉子は半熟です。プチルーローハンはお肉を地元のブランド豚(納豆喰豚)と飛騨牛の2種類使っていて、味付けは八角を使っていていないとのこと。甘めの味付けです。追記今回は新メニューのグルマン(具沢山飛騨濃厚味噌ラーメン)とプチヨウファンファン(小油封飯)をいただいてきました。着丼と同時に胡麻油のいい匂い。食べる前によく混ぜてくださいと店主さんから言われました。まぜまぜしてから啜る。醤油ラーメンと同じく、手打ちの太麺でプリプリとした食感。味噌のスープはピリ辛めながらも胡麻や荏胡麻の甘さ、まろやかさを感じました。賽の目状に切ってあるチャーシューの中には鴨肉も入っていました。結構マッチしてます。プチヨウファンファンはなんかお肉がしゃきしゃき？瑞々しい？独特の食感。語彙力が無いので説明が下手ですが美味しいです。甘辛いシャリアピンソースがgood?️ イタリアン？フレンチ？本当に何料理か分類するのに迷いますが間違いなく美味しいです。 It is said that his son changed to a manager from around November 2021.
