★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜の午前中は比較的空いているが、夕方、日曜、祝日になると混み合う。入間アウトレットモールと比べると空いている。靴を選ぶにも店員を呼べた。品数はほぼ同じくらいある。トレイルラン用やウォーキングシューズの方が多めにある気がする。青梅、日の出特別のTシャツが販売されている。説明やサポートが多い。
It is relatively free on Saturday mornings, but is crowded in the evenings, Sundays and public holidays. It is vacant compared to the Iruma outlet mall. I could call a clerk to choose shoes. The number of items is about the same. I feel that there are more trail running shoes and walking shoes. Ome and sunrise special T-shirts are on sale. Lots of explanations and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つきまといやめてもらえませんか？店員の声掛けが激しくイライラします。監視するように付いてきて、ひたすら凝視して来ます。気持ち悪いです。試着室の中にいても「御用はありませんか？」「サイズ違いをお持ちしましょうか？」と、声を掛けてきます。試着室を出れば、「お買い上げでしたら商品をレジでお預かりしますが。」って、買わないよ、イライラする。ハラスメントもいい所、星は0です。用があれば声を掛けますんで、寄って来ないで下さい。ゆっくり買い物出来ません。
Could you please stop me? The clerk's voice is intensely frustrating. They follow me to watch and stare at me. I feel sick. Even if you are in the fitting room, you will be asked "Do you have any needs?" "Would you like to bring a different size?" When I leave the dressing room, I'm frustrated that I won't buy it, saying, "If you buy it, I'll keep it at the cash register." Harassment is also good, the stars are 0. If you have a need, I will call out to you, so please do not come by. I can't shop slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目的の商品があるかを事前に電話にて確認したうえで訪問したが、いざ店頭で確認するとその商品は取り寄せ以外で扱っていないと言われた。
明らかに案内ミスとの認識。
時間はタダではなく、その貴重な時間を費やしてまで向かったのにこの有様。
この星1という評価は、店員の態度が悪いなどの主観を伴う評価ではなく純粋に、存在すると案内された商品が実際には店頭扱いがなかったという0・1判断の結果。
I visited after confirming by phone in advance whether there was a desired product, but when I confirmed it at the store, I was told that the product was not handled except for ordering.
Clearly recognized as a guidance error.
The time wasn't free, and even though I spent that precious time, I went to this state.
This star 1 rating is not a subjective rating such as a bad attitude of the clerk, but a result of a 0.1 judgment that the product that was announced to exist was not actually treated as an over-the-counter product.
