★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は買い物ではなく、山で遭難した知り合いの捜索手掛かりの一環で寄りました。お客で無いのにとても真摯に対応していただき感謝しています。次回は必ずここで買おうと思いました。

ですが、多くある商品でどれが良いか、趣味では行動も広がるため、聞ければ大きく遠回りすることは避けられます。
そういった意味で店員さんの山の経験がタフで、商品のチョイスは間違いないと思いました。
そして
「このカテゴリーは私は案内できますので
何かあれば聞いてください。」
と伝えられて安心しました。
自分の場合、登山＝トレーニング、
オーバースペック＝安全、軽い＝快適
という思考なので、
安全確保を第1に考えるとオーバースペックになりがちです。
ただそれも、店員さんのアドバイスにあわせておけば良かったかなと思うところもあります。
どんな装備でいくか、考えるのも登山の楽しみです。
個人的には右往左往しながらも
的からはそれない。
そんな感じです。
要望的には、今はポイントを期間限定で15%ですが、年に２回は10%にしていただけると助かります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレッキングシューズを見に行った際に女性の店員さんに接客していただいたのですが、行き先を伝えるとわざわざ調べて何足もおすすめの商品を教えていただきました。結局欲しいものは見つからなかったのですが、最後まで近くの別のお店を紹介していただくなど、とても丁寧な接客をしていただきました。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての登山用の靴を探しに立ち寄りました。店員のお兄さんが足の形からかなり細かく計測して、着用してからもいくつかのフィッティングのポイントをチェックしてくださり、お陰様でぴったりなものを見つけることができました。また、その他の用具についてもかなり詳しく、山についてなんでもご存じで、ぴったりな装備をご提案してもらいました。
私のような運動音痴で登山に行きたいけど不安も大きいような人にも、優しく背中を押して応援してくれるとても寄り添った接客でした。
今後山に登る回数が増えるにつれ、そのたびにこちらでそろえていきたいと思いました。
